Ingredients
- 800 g baby potatoes
- 500 g beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 g shredded mozzarella
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the potatoes
Slice the potatoes into rounds. Boil them in salted water for about 6–8 minutes until slightly tender, then drain well.
2. Crisp the potatoes
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet. Fry the potatoes over medium-high heat until golden and crispy on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the beef
Add the remaining olive oil to the same skillet. Season the beef with paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Sear over high heat until nicely browned. Remove from the pan.
4. Cook the vegetables
Add the onion, peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.
5. Combine
Return the potatoes and beef to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
6. Add the cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the top.
7. Bake
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
